2019 Simis Spring Fair sponsorship opportunities

Premier Sponsor – $1500 Donation

  • This sponsorship is limited by industry and not valid for in-kind donations.
  • PRIOR TO OUR EVENT: Your website link and logo will posted on the event page of our simispats.com website (this stays up from sponsorship confirmation until April 15, 2019).
  • Sponsorship shared banner with your logo will be hung at Simis for parents to see (4 weeks before and two weeks after the event).
  • Your Logo and link to your website will be promoted through social media outlets for 2 weeks prior: E-blast, Facebook and Twitter. Your Logo will be on promotional material as a MAJOR sponsor for our Fair.
  • DURING OUR EVENT: Premium marketing booth space at event to promote your business, generate leads and connect with Simis Families. This booth can be just for promotion or we can work with you to create a fun game/space for families to enjoy.
  • 3’x’6 Full Color Company Logo Banner to be displayed at your booth.
  • 2”x 2” Logo on back of event volunteer t-shirt.
  • Announcements during the event regarding your support.

Community Support Sponsor  (This sponsorship is limited to companies donating services directly needed for our event.)

  • PRIOR TO OUR EVENT: Your Company Logo will be listed on the event page of our simispats.com website for the month of March as a Community Support Sponsor.
  • Your company logo will be promoted through social media outlets one week prior to our event: E-blast, Facebook and Twitter.
  • DURING OUR EVENT: Your company will host and staff a fun event for our Simis Families.
  • Promote your business and connect with the Simis Families in your community!
  • Logo at the event on shared banner, name listed on our website and event Promotional materials can be put out at booth during the event.

Raffle Sponsor – In-kind product donation for our RAFFLE!

  • PRIOR TO OUR EVENT: Your Company Logo will be listed on the event page of our simispats.com website for the month of March as a Raffle Sponsor.
  • Your company logo will be promoted through social media outlets one week prior to our event: E-blast, Facebook and Twitter.
  • DURING OUR EVENT: Logo at the event on our Raffle thank you banner and with the raffle product!

Where do your sponsorship dollars go? All proceeds support Simis PATS (Parents and Teachers at Simis) which is a non-profit 501c3 organization. Part of our mission is to raise funds to provide resources and support programs that are not funded through the school or district.
